REGULATIONS | Competition

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

Looking for Wild, whose head office is located at 221 Quai Jean Jaurès 71000 Mâcon, wishes to organize a competition entitled "CHRISTMAS COMPETITION" the winner of which will be chosen following the accuracy of their response following the defined conditions below.

The competition will take place from Friday November 18 to Saturday December 24 at 6 p.m. 2022.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

2.1. The competition is free and open to any person, residing in France or abroad, whatever their nationality, excluding all people who participated in the development of the competition.

2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these regulations. The participant must estimate the weight of the prize to be won as precisely as possible, as well as provide their email address and that of two other people to validate their registration.

2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the Participant's participation being void.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF COMPETITION/TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place both physically by flashing the linked QR code and on social networks, on the dates indicated in article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game if they want to have a chance of winning the prize. The organizer reserves the right to use the data collected as part of the emailing campaign. The other partners of this competition may also have access to this information.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will designate the winner by providing their answer, from among all those who have registered. The results will be communicated on December 24.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

1 Master climbing pack, including multi-brand accessories worth €1,500.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES AND TERMS OF USE OF PRIZES

The Organizer of the competition will only contact the winner drawn at random by email and will inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winner will be contacted. The winner must respond within two weeks of sending this email and provide full contact details. If there is no response from the winner within two weeks of sending this email, they will be forfeited and will not be able to claim any compensation, prize or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to the second closest person. The winner must comply with these regulations. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these regulations, their prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address results in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable due to the impossibility of contacting the winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to the name, address and/or contact details communicated by people who participated in the competition. Furthermore, the Organizer of the competition declines all responsibility for all incidents which could occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person having parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without liability being incurred. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted online on the Site www.lookingforwild.com and sent free of charge to any person who has made a written payment request. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the smooth running of the competition, particularly due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing participation in the competition mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, violation of this rule resulting in the definitive elimination of its director and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular electronically in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of winners. It reserves, in this case, the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and or to prosecute the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts.
